Authentication Inquiry

Introduction

In this screen the user is forced to provide the authentication details which were provided earlier at the time of e-Banking registration . say for example if the bank has set the authentication details as credit card then at the time of registration the customer would have provided his credit card details. Now while retrieving the details/making the inquiry the user is forced to provide the same authentication details.

Navigation

• Click  Search in the Inquiry on the Status of e-Banking Registration screen.

• The Authentication - Credit Card Details screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data displayed on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Field

Description

Card number

Specify the card number.

ATM Pin

Specify the 4 digit credit card pin number.

Expiry date

Specify the expiry date of the credit card.
