Internet Banking Registration Details

Introduction

In this screen the application will display the details provided by the customer at the time of e-Banking registration in online mode using the banks website.

Navigation

• Click  Continue in the Authentication Inquiry screen.

• The Internet Banking Registration Details screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data displayed on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Field

Description

Title

Displays the title of the customer.

First Name

Displays the first name of the customer.

Middle Name

Displays the middle name of the customer.

Last Name

Displays the last name of the customer.

Gender

Displays the gender of the customer.

Date of Birth (dd/mm/yy)

Displays the date of birth of the customer.

Customer ID

Displays the customer ID of the customer defined at the time of registration.

Account ID

Displays the account ID defined at the time of registration.

Request ID

Displays the request ID generated by the system when the customer submits the e-Banking registration online application.

Request Date(dd/mm/yy)

Displays the date on which the request is place by the customer.

Request Type

Displays the request type.

Valid Values:

Online registration

Offline registration

Request Status

Displays the request status. If the bank has enabled bank user approval for online e-Banking registration, then once the request is submitted it will go for the bank user approval. Once it is approved only then the user id will be created in the application. The status here will be displayed as ‘approved’
