Inquiry on the Status of e-Banking Registration

Introduction

The customer who has registered for e-Banking facility can inquire on the status of his request and can also perform the activation process in this screen. For this the bank would provide a link in their e-Banking site. By clicking on the link ‘ online registration activation’ user will be guided to ‘Inquire on the status of your internet banking registration’. By providing the details mentioned at the time of registration , the user can retrieve his application details and go ahead with the activation process.

Navigation

  • In the bank’s website which hosts e-Banking login landing screen, a separate panel hosting the link ‘online registration activation’ will be provided. Click the link

  • The ‘Inquire on the status of your internet banking registration’ is shown to the user.

What you can do

Field

Description

Request ID

Specify the request id generated by the application when the customer had submitted the request for registration.

Customer ID

Specify the customer ID /CIF ID mentioned at the time of registration.

Account ID

Specify the account ID  mentioned during online e-Banking registration process.
