Create Self Confirmation

Introduction

Using this option, a bank user can create self confirmation setup for a given ‘transaction type’ and ‘action’ combination.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data displayed on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Field

Description

Bank ID

Displays the bank ID.

Transaction Type

Select the transaction type from the lookup list, for which the self-confirmation has to be enabled.

Note:

The self-confirmation supported transaction types are listed here below.

Transaction Type

Note:

If this field is left blank, then the error message “Transaction Type is Mandatory” is displayed.

Action

Select the action from the drop-down list, for which the ‘Self Confirmation’ has to be enabled.

Note:

  • If the ‘Self Confirmation’ has to be enabled for all the actions, then the process has to be rerun three times.

  • The drop-down values are created through the code type SFC

  • If the field is left blank, then an error message “Action is Mandatory” is displayed.

Select the appropriate value from the dropdown list.

Note:

If this field is left blank, then the error message “Self Confirmation is Mandatory” is displayed.

Go to the preview confirmation page and confirm the transaction.

If the record already exists in the database, then the error message “Record already exists” is displayed.
