Relationship Manager Activities

Introduction

The Relationship Manager [ RM ] is an employee of the bank responsible for interacting with the customers on behalf of the bank. The RM is responsible for processing service requests, receiving the mails, and responding back to the mails after logging into e-Banking application.

Features

The following are some of the features of the RM user:

  • The RM logs in for the first time with the password set by the bank administrator.

  • The RM is then forced to change the password after the first login. The RM can login with the changed password for subsequent logins.

  • The RM can also login on behalf of the customers as set by the administrator. The look and feel of the application for the RM is the same as for the user. The information available to the user is according to the menu options assigned to the user. This kind of login by the RM is known as Intermediate Login. Herein, the RM can perform only inquiry related activities.
