Introduction

This option allows you to retrieve a list of users enabled for SMS banking.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

• Click Find in the Device User Link Search screen.

•  The Device User Link List screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data displayed on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Field

Description

S.No.

The serial number of the record. Use the radio button provided to select the corresponding record.

User Id

The ID of the user for whom SMS banking is enabled.  

Device User Id

The ID assigned to the customer to avail SMS banking facilities.

Note:

• User can perform SMS banking only through this mobile number, since retail user id is linked to the mobile number.

• The mobile number should always start with the country’s code number, for example; for India it must be 91.

Device Id

The ID of the service enabled.

Status

 Indicates if the user is enabled for SMS banking.
