Online Customer Fetch

Introduction

This option allows you to validate the user ID against the customer id in  Core Banking.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

  • Click ValidateCustId in the List of Retail Users screen.

  • The Online Customer Fetch screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data displayed on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Customer Id

Specify the customer id which needs to be validated against the local database.

Fetch

Retrieve the record for the specified customer id.

Cancel

Return to the previous screen without saving the changes.
