Online banking is the most convenient way to bank- anytime, any place, at your convenience. NBQ Online banking is available 24/7 and is just a click away. You can also download the mobile application in Android or IOS smart phones and log in with your Online Banking user ID and password.

I do not have a PC?

You can access NBQ online from any computer that has connectivity to the Internet.

How do I access NBQ ONLINE?

You need to access our website (nbq.ae) and click on Electronic services and chose and select online banking and log in with user ID and password.

I do not have an account with NBQ?

You are welcome to open it now. It is very easy to open an account with NBQ. Just walk in to any of our branches nearby and one of  our staff would be pleased to assist you.

I want to register for NBQ online now. What do I do?

In case you have not registered for online banking, please visit our website (nbq.ae) and click on Electronic services and chose and select online banking on the Log in page, then you need to click Register for online banking and follow the steps for registeration.

How do I get a user name and password for the Online banking service?

The user ID is system generated when you register for online banking and upon verification your details and input of one time password (OTP), you can record your password.

Can I change my password?

Passwords can be changed mutiple time at any given moment by visiting our online banking screen and selecting ‘Forget password’ and follow the steps. We recommend that your password should be changed periodically to secure access to your account information.

What are the best practices for creating a password?

o You are encouraged to select a word that is not available in an English Dictionary.

o Do not assign your name, your family or vehicle number as your password as it can be easily guessed.

o Change your password frequently.

o Please memorise your password. Do not write it down or paste it somewhere.

o Do not divulge your password to anybody even if they claim to be from NBQ.

What happens if I forget my login password?

In case you have forgotten your password for online banking, please visit our website (nbq.ae) and click on Electronic services and chose and select online banking on the Log in page, then you need to click Forget password for online banking and follow the steps for registeration. What happens if I forget my Online banking username?

If you forget the user name (ID), you can visit our online banking log in screen and select ‘Forget user ID’ and follow the steps
