Introduction |
In some cases, users might not have received the URN/OTP which was triggered by the bank in their preferred channel. During such situations, they can call up the call centre and ask the bank user to confirm the transaction on their behalf. Authenticating the user by the relationship manager will be outside the scope of Finacle e-Banking. |
