Confirmation Approval Queue

Introduction

In some cases, users might not have received the URN/OTP which was triggered by the bank in their preferred channel. During such situations, they can call up the call centre and ask the bank user to confirm the transaction on their behalf. Authenticating the user by the relationship manager will be outside the scope of Finacle e-Banking.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

  • Click Confirmation Approval Queue in Relationship Manager Administration.

  • The Confirmation Approval Queue screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data displayed on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Field

Description

Search Criteria

Bank ID

Displays the bank ID.

Transaction Date  From – To

Type the date range of the transaction to search for the transactions which await confirmation.

Reference ID

Type the reference ID of the transaction to search for the transaction.

Transaction Type

Select the transaction type from the drop-down list.

Confirmation List

Select

Click the optin button to select the record for further action.

Bank ID

Displays the bank ID.

Reference ID

Displays the reference ID of the transaction.

Transaction Type

Displays the transaction type.

Action

Displays the action performed.

Requested Date

Displays the date on which the transaction was initiated.

Enterer

Displays the user name who has initiated the transaction.

Search

Search the records as per the given criteria.

Confirm

Confirm the transaction. Upon successful confirmation a message “Self-Confirmation Successfully completed” is displayed.

Reject

Reject the transaction. Upon rejection a message “Self-Confirmation Successfully rejected” is displayed.
