Create RM Setup

Introduction

This option allows you to add a new Relationship Manager.

Relationship manager login can be enabled through SSO (Single Sign On) login,that is, RM of e-Banking can login into e-Banking application through SSO application.

The pre-requisites for RM to login to e-Banking application through SSO:

  • A SSO user is created in SSO application by an SSO Administrator.

  • An e-Banking Administrator with the same User Id as SSO user ID should be created in the e-Banking application.

  • e-Banking Administrator logs in through SSO and creates a new User in SSO for e-Banking RM.

  • SSO e-Banking administrator links the user to e-Banking Solution.

  • SSO e-Banking administrator then selects e-Banking Solution and logs in to e-Banking dashboard.

  • SSO e-Banking Administrator creates a new RM in e-Banking and sets the RM authentication mode to SSO Mode in the e-Banking Solution.

  • SSO e-Banking Administrator should not be allowed to set the RM password or Enable/Disable RM user in e-Banking solution.

  • The RM is given the SSO RM user ID and password to login.

Sign-on through SSO

  • SSO user logs in to the SSO application with the user ID and password provided by the SSO administrator. On successful login, the user sees the SSO dashboard.

  • SSO user would be able to see the list of Solutions that the user has access to in the Solutions drop-down.

  • The SSO user selects e-Banking solution to login to the e-Banking application.

  • The SSO user is shown a screen with 2 options :

    • Admin

    • Select RM

  • Click Select RM Button the user is shown another selection screen which would display the below buttons further:

    • RM

    • RM Customer Assist Login – Consumer

    • RM Customer Assist Login - Corporate

  • The SSO user can click Admin to login as e-Banking Admin user.

  • The SSO user can click RM to login as an e-Banking RM user.

  • The SSO user can click the RM Customer Assist Login – Consumer/RM Customer Assist Login - Corporate link to login as an e-Banking RM for a Consumer or a Corporate User respectively.

  • An intermediary screen displayed where the RM enters the respective Consumer or Corporate ID + User ID respectively.

  • Logout link is disabled when the user logs in through SSO for Admin and/or RM.

Creation of RM through SSO

  • An SSO Administrator can create a new user in SSO.

  • The user is linked to e-Banking Solution in SSO.

  • An e-Banking Administrator or RM can be created through the menu option.

  • The application displays an Option screen where the SSO Administrator can select whether to create an Administrator or a RM.

  • Click Administrator, application displays the Administrator Create New screen (existing).

  • Click RM, application displays the RM setup, Create New screen.

  • The same SSO User can be created as a RM and an Administrator in the e-Banking application, that is, the same SSO User ID would be used for Administrator ID and RM ID.

  • Administrator creation functionality is disabled when the administrator logs in to e-Banking through SSO. The same procedure would be followed in case of RM user creation.

The following is the navigation for this option:

  • Click Create New in the RM Setup List screen.

  • The Create RM Setup screen is displayed.

Note:

The e-Banking solution supports a multilingual feature for accessing relationship manager details.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data displayed on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Field

Description

Bank Id

The ID of the bank for whom the relationship manager ID is being created. This field cannot be edited.

Relationship Manager Id

The ID to be assigned to the relationship manager. This is a mandatory field.

First Name

 The first name of the relationship manager.

Alternate Language First Name

The first name of the relationship manager in an alternate language.

Middle Name

The middle name of the relationship manager.

Alternate Language Middle Name

The middle name of the relationship manager in an alternate language.

Last Name

The last name of the relationship manager. This is a mandatory field.

Alternate Language Last Name

The last name of the relationship manager in an alternate language.

Salutation

The prefix attached to relationship managers name. For example, Mr, Mrs, Ms, and so on.

Address Line

The retail address of the bank to which the relationship manager is attached.

Alternate Language Address Line

The retail address of the bank to which the relationship manager is attached in an alternate language.

City

The name of the city in which the bank is located.

Alternate Language City

The name of the city in which the bank is located in an alternate language.

State

Select the state in which the bank is located. Click Find to view a list of State codes.

Note:

This is an optional field.

Country

Select the country in which the bank is located.

Zip

The zip  pin code of the area where the bank is located.

Phone Number

The phone number at which the relationship manager can be contacted.

Mobile Phone Number

The mobile phone number at which the relationship manager can be contacted.

Email

The email address of the relationship manager.

Language Code

The code of the language in which the record should be created.

Date Format

Select the date format that is used by the relationship manager by default.

Menu Profile

Select the menu profile to be assigned to the relationship manage. Based on the menu profile, RM activities can be controlled in the application.

Alert User Category

The Alert User Category to which the RM belongs.

Treasury RM

Specifies if this RM is the Treasury RM.

Note:

If this is set to Yes, then all negotiated rate in multi-currency fund transfer can be sent to him for approval.
