Accounts Access for User List

Introduction

The Accounts Access for User List screen displays the existing list of accounts and the option to define transaction type based account access.

For each account the administrator has the option of selecting any of the following access level:

  • No access

  • Inquiry

  • Transact

  • Authorize

The access levels set here drive the accounts displayed to the user in the drop-down lists under the various transaction screens.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data displayed on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Field

Description

Account Number

All the accounts linked to the corporate user are displayed.

Master Account Access

The description of the master account access. The accounts access rights to the user at Core is displayed here.

Access for Account

The access to account details are displayed.

Valid values:

No Access

Inquiry

Transact

Authorize

Note:

By default, No Access is activated. The user would be able to transact based on the Master Account Access.

For Transact and Authorize access levels, the user will be required to choose the transaction types (from the set of transaction types available in the product) for which the access level is valid. By default, All is selected if user selects Transact or Authorize check box.

History

Created By

The name of the user who created the record.

Created On

The date and time on which the record was created.

Modified By

The name of the user who last modified the record.

Modified On

The date and time on which the record was last modified.

View the list of records in that page.

Note:

If there are multiple number of pages for displaying the list of records, then the desired page number can be provided and click Go. The list of record in that page is displayed.
