Modify Menu Profile

Introduction

This option allows you to modify a menu profile by linking or de-linking brand IDs to the profile.

Depending on the menu option linked to a particular menu profile, users will be able to perform that function.

The profile created is linked to the brand IDs. This screen shows the list of brand IDs that are not linked to profile and brands that are linked to the profile. The user can choose multiple brand IDs and link it to the profile. Then when the user is linked to a brand ID, one of the profiles that are linked to the brand id can be linked to the user based on which the user get the access to the functionalities.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

• Click View/Update in the Menu Profiles List screen.

• The Modify Menu Profile screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data displayed on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Description

Menu Profile Code

The ID of the menu profile.

Menu Profile Type

Select the type of user associated with the profile code, from the drop-down list.

Access To Admin

Select Yes if the corporate administrator has access to this menu profile.

Note:

Only those profiles to which the corporate administrator has access can be assigned to users created by the retail administrator.

Link Brands

Linked Brands

The list of brand ids that are already linked to the profile

The following details are available for every brand:

• Serial Number

• Brand Id

The default profile linked to the brand ID. This is used in direct banking when retail users are created automatically by the system. This is applicable only for retail users.

Remaining Brands

The list of remaining brands that are not linked to the profile

• Serial Number

• Brand Id
