Modify Options Linkage

Introduction

The Administrator can make inquiry on the list of menu options that are linked to a Menu Profile Code. Also a facility has been provided to Download Menu Options that are linked to Menu Profile code in CSV format. In addition facility is provided to upload the menu options to a Menu Profile Code.

Navigation

Click Modify Options Linkage button in the List of Menu Profiles screen.

The Modify Options Linkage screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data that should be entered on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Field

Description

Menu Profile Code

The ID of the menu profile.

Menu Profile Type

The type of user associated with the profile code is shown.

Path of the file to uploaded

Browse the path of the CSV file with the menu options using the Browse button.

The file will have the following details:

For 2-level upload the Child_Menu_Id column will be kept as NA.

MENU OPTIONS LIST (Shows the list of already linked menu options)

Sl. No.

The serial number of the menu option.

Menu ID

The menu ID is displayed.

Menu Description

The description of the menu option is provided.

Click	To
‘<<’	Go to the previous list screen.
‘>>’	Go to the next list screen.
Page ‘Go’	Provide the page number to get the corresponding list page.
Download Menu options	Download the menu options linked to the menu profile. On clicking the button a pop up is displayed, asking the user to save the file. The file downloaded is in the csv format.
Upload Menu Options	Upload the menu options in the CSV file into the system to link the menu options to the menu profile.
Back	View the previous screen.
