Account Access for Users

Introduction

This screen allows the administrator to view and update account access details for retail users.

Bank administrator can manage access (inquiry, transaction or authorization) for each account linked to a customer for a particular transaction type.

The bank administrator can define the type of account access for retail users for their own accounts as also other bank and third-party accounts.

For linking the third party and other bank accounts, the retail user must have registered for atleast one other bank account successfully through the service request and linked to least one third party account.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

  • Click  Retail Administration in the User Maintenance > Retrieve > Account Access

Or

  • Click Account Access for Users in the Retail Administration menu in the Administrator screen.

  • The Accounts Access for Users screen is displayed.

Note:

Both fields below are mandatory fields.

User ID

The ID of the retail user. Click Look Up to view a list of retail IDs.

CIF ID

Specify the CIF ID.

Note:

The retail users CIF ID in the home bank, CIF ID in the other bank or the third party CIF ID must be be provided for retrieving the accounts.
