Create Customer Channel Link

Introduction

This screen allows the administrator to link the customer to channels.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

• Click Create New in the Customer-Channel Link screen.

• The Create Customer-channel Link screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data displayed on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Field

Description

Delivery Channel Id

Specify the delivery channel ID.

Delivery Channel User Id

Specify the delivery channel user ID.

User Id

The ID of the retail user. Click Lookup to retrieve the list of retail users whose details are to be updated.

Note:

The User ID Search is an exact search.

Language Id

The user’s language ID.

Free Field Char1 – 4

Specify the free field characters, if required.

Free Field Flag1 - 2

Specify the free field flags, if required.
