When the relationship is authenticated successfully, the relationship manager is taken to the Dashboard screen. The details shown in the dashboard include the menu tree of the user based on the menu profile of the user, Password Alerts and Relationship management alerts. Welcome Message |
The system displays a static text which conveys a welcome message to the relationship manager logged in to the application. The system will display salutation, first name and last name of the relationship manager. |

Skip to Content |
This feature is for DDA compliance where the pointer skips everything on the top bar and side bar and starts reading from the right top corner section of the screen. |

Personal Profile |
The system will navigate to the personal profile screen of the relationship manager. |

Contact Us |
The contact details of the bank are displayed. |

Logout |
The relationship manager is logged out of the application. |

The relationship manager’s menu tree is listed based on the user’s profile. |

Last Log in time |
The system displays the last time when the relationship manager had logged into e-Banking application with this ID. |

Prevent Session Time Out |
The system will reload the current page and update the request time at server. |

Skin |
This option is provided to the relationship manager to change the background skin of the application. |

Dashboard |
This will take the relationship manager to the dashboard screen from any other screen. |

PASSWORD ALERTS |

Sign on password expiry in |
The number of days left, after which the sign on password of the relationship manager gets expired. |

Broadcast Messages |
The number of broadcasted messages received by the relationship manager is displayed. On clicking the link, the relationship manager views the broadcast message inbox. |

The total number of financial transactions submitted by corporate users that are pending for relationship manager approval is displayed. On clicking the link, the relationship manager views the list of pending approvals screen. |
