The interactivity features of e-Banking provide text chat and application sharing features. This helps the bank to improve customer support. Apart from providing better service to customer the executives attending the customer are also in a better position to understand the exact issue using these features. The text chat, meeting room chat, co browsing facilities will be provided by a third party online meeting application like IBM Sametime that must be integrated with Finacle e-Banking.
