RM Plus Linkage Maintenance

Introduction

Intermediate Login is a feature for the Relationship Manager [RM] to login on to Retail e-Banking on behalf of a retail user. This section discusses the features of RM Plus Linkage Maintenance.

Features

The following are the features of the RM Plus Maintenance option:

• The RM can login to e-Banking set as a Retail and access the application for an e-Banking user. The entire experience to the RM is the same as that for the Retail for whom the RM has logged in. The extent of information available to the RM is in accordance to the existing menu-options.

• The retail user for whom the RM can log is determined from the entries in the table RM_TO_USER_LINKAGE. The RM’s access rights are controlled by the menu profile against the entry in RM_TO_USER_linkage table.

• The RM can be linked to all users , or to a specific user category. However, after linking, only inquiries is allowed for the Relationship Manager.
