Link RM with Corporate User

Introduction

This option allows you to  link the RM with a retail user.

The Relationship Manager can access e-Banking as an agent of the retail user, or as another RM, if the RM is enabled for the Agent Login menu option. The extent to which the RM can access the application as a retail user or another RM is controlled by the menu profile against the other RM, retail user, or category.

As an agent, the RM can have access to either:

• All retail users

• Some retail categories

• Some retail users

You can also give permissions for a combination of the above. A new table is created to store details of permissions granted to an RM for the RM Plus menu.
