WAP Retail User Maintenance

Introduction

The administrator has a facility to enable or disable the user of Retail e-Banking for WAP services offered by the bank. Unless the administrator enables the user for WAP services, the Retail e-Banking user cannot utilize these services of the bank.

A facility is provided for the retail administrator to obtain the list of users enabled for the WAP service of the bank. This is accomplished using the Search screen.

When a user of Retail e-Banking is deleted, the entries related to WAP also get deleted.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

•  Click WAP Retail User Maintenance in the USER MAINTENANCE menu.

•  The Device User Link Search screen is displayed.

Bank Id

The ID of the bank to which the customer belongs.

User Id

The name of the retail user for whom you want to create or maintain WAP banking records.
