Retail User Address Maintenance

Introduction

This option allows you to store additional address fields. Additional address is only for display. The communication address is stored through User Maintenance option. Two additional addresses (Present address & Employer’s address) are maintained through User Address maintenance option.

The address details stored are Corp ID, user ID, address type, 3 lines of address, 3 lines of address in alternate language, city, city name in alternate language, state, country, zip code, phone number and fax number.

Note:

  • The address types recognized by the application are Employer’s address, Mailing address, and Present address. The common codes are created with common code type CRA.

  • The menu profile of the administrator must contain one or more of these menu options: RCADD, RCADDM and RCADDV. This is required to provide the privilege of user maintenance.

The following is the navigation for this option:

  •  Click Retail User Address Maintenance in the Retail Administration menu.

  •  The Retail User Address Maintenance screen is displayed.

Bank Id

The ID of the bank associated with the retail user.

User ID

The ID of the retail user whose details you want to retrieve.

Address Type

The type of address.
