Retail User Activity Inquiry

Introduction

This option allows the administrator to inquire on the retail user activities. The activities available in the drop-down list are description for common codes of code type UAI. The following is the list of common codes and activity inquiry, supported in Retail e-Banking.

  • Query features supported are  Activity type, Date range, retail user Id.

  • The list displays Date and time, User ID (denoted as retail UserId), Activity type description and remarks.

  • The administrator must choose a particular record and view the details of the client certificate presented for the activity.

  • In order to have privilege of retail user activity inquiry, the menu profile of the administrator must contain RADT menu option.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

  • Click Retail User Activity Inquiry in the Retail menu.

  • The Retail User Activity Inquiry screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data that must be specified on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Field

Description

Activity Type

Select the type of retail user activity you want to inquire upon.

Enter Date Range

The duration for which you want to inquire on retail user activity. Records of activities performed between the dates specified are displayed.

User Id

The ID of the user whose activities are inquired upon. Click Find to view and select a user from the list displayed.

Access Channel

Select the check box for the channel accessed by the retail user. Records  of user activities through the selected channel are displayed.

Retrieve

View activity records based on the criteria selected.

Return to the main menu.
