Introduction |
A customer of the bank may have multiple relationships with the bank . For example,: one individual may have a retail relationship with bank and user Id for that. Additionally they may also have access to corporate internet banking as an employee of the corporate or as a proprietor. In such cases, the two user IDs can be linked using this option, where one of them will be tagged as the primary [default] relationship and others will be secondary relationships. The primary relationship credentials will be used for logging in to the application and subsequently user can switch context and log in to the secondary relationship. Customer once logs into the application, Finacle e-Banking application takes the user to the default relationship linked. Customer can switch the relationships based on need. While switching relationships, the disabled relationships will not be visible to the user. The disabled relationships shall be shown to the user in a separate section of the application. If the default relationship is disabled, an error message will be shown when the user logs in. In case user has only one relationship linked and that relationship is disabled, an error message will be shown. Note: The list of relationships which have been enabled or disabled by the bank user shall be displayed along with the relationship status under Personal Profile >View User Relationships Each relationship is identified using unique Id called individual ID in the system. The individual details are maintained in IUSR table. Note: The “individual_id” is a sequence generated number, generated during individual creation and will be stored in IUSR, CSIP and CUSR tables. The default relationship credentials will be valid for log in and password set up will not be allowed for other relationships. Delinking a relationship can be done by administrator using “Delete” option under relationship list. The user cannot be deleted if they are linked to multiple relationships. |
