Cust ID List

Introduction

This option allows you to view a list of CIF IDs associated with the selected record.

Whenever a retail user is created initially a CIF ID is linked to the user automatically, which is the Primary CIF ID of the user which cannot be deleted.

The bank admin should know which CIF ID he wants to link to the retail user, that is,. the bank admin needs to enter a CIF ID, for which the details would be fetched from the CRM. The CIF ID linkage would happen only after this validation. This allows the retail user to be able to have more than one CIF ID linked to his user ID.

The bank administrator can also link third party accounts to the retail user.

This is done by linking customer ID to the retail user. Accounts which are linked successfully can have default credit and debit access for fund transfer transaction type.

The customer ID linkage to retail user can be done without making differentiation between third party and own customer IDs. Depending on the type of customer ID chosen, whether own or third party, the customer ID can be linked to the retail user

All accounts associated with third party CIF will be considered as third party accounts.
