Customer-channel Link

Introduction

This screen allows the administrator to link the customer to channels.

Navigation

The following is the navigation for this option:

Click the Customer-channel Link under Retail Administration in the Administrator screen.
The Customer-channel Link screen is displayed.

What you can do

The table below provides a brief description of the data displayed on the screen and the functions you can perform:

Field	Description
Delivery Channel Id	Specify the delivery channel ID.
Delivery Channel User Id	Specify the delivery channel user ID.
Bank Id	The bank ID.
Retail User ID	Select the retail user ID for whom the channel link is created. Note: Click the Look Up button to fetch the list of retail user ID's.

Click	To
Create New	Create a new record.
Retrieve	Fetch the details of the specified record.
