Introduction |
This option allows the administrator to maintain cut off time at the level of customers so that an additional revenue stream can be generated for the bank by way of additional bank charges for some allowance in cut-off times. When a customer is linked to a particular payment network, it should be possible to specify the optional dropdown value for cut off time delay allowance for each payment network and transaction type combination. When customers initiate transactions beyond the cutoff time but within the delay allowance duration, a warning is given that the cut off time has passed. The user will be allowed to submit the transaction with the specified value date, ‘n’ minutes after cut off time however additional charges will be incurred. If such allowance is not available at the customer level, then the user will get message notifying them about system’s inability to submit with the current value date.. Validations for cut off time allowance is to be done for approver as well. A flag per network will be maintained in common codes. This flag governs the Network allowance applicability for that network. |
